In 1950, the IASA, with Doro Levi as director, returned to Poliochni. Levi gathered together the material from the Poliochni excavations and entrusted to Della Seta’s former student and excavator of Poliochni, Luigi Bernabò-Brea, the titanic task of preparing the archaeological publication of the site.
