1951 – 1976

Within a decade (1951-1961) L. Bernabò- Brea succeeded in putting in order excavation daybooks and photographs, in reconstructing the stratigraphical sequence of the finds, conducting new excavations and publishing in Italian, in 1964, the first volume of the research findings (henceforth Poliochni I), which was followed by the second in 1976 (henceforth Poliochni II).
